DESIGN OVERSIGHT, REVIEW & MANAGEMENT

A building project is an interactive process and involves development, real estate, architects, engineers, and specialty consultants. An owner can greatly benefit from an expert manager to coordinate the process, participate and report on meetings, and manage quality control of all design and engineering concepts, ideas and documents.

As your owner’s representative, DP3 is engaged early in the formation process. The optimal phase to hire DP3 is before the design phase starts. If hired early we help the owner select and recommend a design/engineering team, a firm that has the appropriate skill and expertise for the project assignment. Once a design firm is onboarded, DP3 will collaborate with the design team, work in the interest and direction of the owner and communicate the budget and design intent for the project.

During schematic and design development, DP3 will review all design and engineering work to ensure that applicable codes and regulations are being followed and all design concepts are comprehensive and inclusive of stated project goals. We will implement budget creation, RFP production, procurement process, and oversee from planning through installation.
