DP3 provides its own in-house construction cost estimating. As a specific service or as a part of overall construction management, DP3’s construction and engineering cost estimators provide our clients with detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing from a construction project’s conception phase to closeout. DP3 maintains databases of historical and current local, national, and international construction and engineering cost figures including labor, material, and equipment costs. DP3 prepares cost estimates at specific, project-proposed intervals or pre-defined industry standard stages (Conceptual, SD, DD, CD) and at various stages throughout the construction process for a project. By identifying and analyzing the project’s scope, time, cost, quality, and performance, DP3 develops an accurate assessment of how the construction process is unfolding over the course of its duration. Our construction cost estimating informs and guides the client. As an OPM, we don’t rely on a third-party to tell us cost, we define the cost for the client and stakeholder team!
